What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements. We focus on a person’s health and wellness in order to have a healthy lifestyle. We start with learning the mechanics of the movements, then consistently moving well, and at the end increasing the intensity as able. CrossFit is beneficial to all ages, starting with kids all the way to the elderly. Here at Constant Quest CrossFit, our main focus is on helping people become healthier and improving their fitness. We incorporate community in order to establish accountability.
A frequent concern among people new to CrossFit is the cost. CrossFit is group training with a coach always present, similar to personal training. The coach is present to teach proper movements and ensure safety. CrossFit is like personal training at a fraction of the cost.
